Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Effective as of January 31, 2026. 

By visiting, using, or placing an order on this site, you agree to the Shipping Policy as described below:

Thank you for shopping with TimeClad Clothing. We are committed to providing you with reliable and timely delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including Washington, D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  We do not ship to Canada, Mexico or to any international location at this time.

2. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

TimeClad Clothing will determine the shipping carrier used for your delivery. At any given time, there may be one or more choices for economy, standard, express, expedited, or similar categories.  If there is only one shipping option offered at checkout, it means that TimeClad is not using multiple shipping options at this time. 

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  The Shipping and Delivery timeframe begins after processing time and once the order is shipped.
  • All orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details if applicable.
  • If you decide to return an item, the shipping charges will not be refunded with your return.  This charge is paid to the delivery carrier in order to ship your item.  
  • If you decide to return an item, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.  The amount credited back to your original method of payment will be the cost of the item and the amount of sales tax, minus the cost of the return shipping label.  The original method of payment will be credited once the returned item is received by TimeClad in unworn and good condition. 

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for the contiguous United States are flat rates between $8.50 to $19.50 based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. Flat rate prices are meant to provide price consistency in order process, but may change at any time.  Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be calculated at checkout your order total, weight, and delivery address. Most orders will use a ground or economy carrier service and delivery time is estimated at between 3 – 7 days after your order is processed by us.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment and the estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Customers are limited to 5 items per purchase.  If your cart contains 6 or more items, the checkout button will not work.
  • If the quantity of your order or your shipping location is not allowed, the checkout button will not work.
  • If your order requires a non-standard shipping process, you will be notified by us.

7. Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.  If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
